Anexpro / NextPro Suite

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 October 2026

This policy explains how Anexpro (also presented as NextPro Suite and M-Handisi) handles information when you use this professional workspace and its Google Drive integration.

1. Information the service handles

The service processes account and organisation details, names and contact information, client and project records, documents, attachments, and information entered by authorised users. Project records may include site locations and coordinates. Login and security records may include IP addresses, browser details, sign-in results, and approximate locations derived from IP addresses.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide the workspace, manage accounts and permissions, organise projects and documents, support collaboration, send service-related messages, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service against misuse. Your organisation controls which users may access its records.

3. Google Drive access and use

When an authorised user connects Google Drive, Anexpro requests Drive access to find and create project folders and to upload, retrieve, and manage project attachments. The current integration requests the full Drive permission, which can permit access beyond files created by this application. The connected Google account's email address is used to identify the account on the connection status page.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on the application server so the service can access Drive and renew access without requiring approval for every upload. The application also stores document references and metadata, such as file identifiers, names, and links. File content is transferred through the server to support document workflows.

The Drive connection is shared by the application. Connect an account appropriate for your organisation and ensure that its project folders are suitable for access by authorised workspace users.

Google-derived information is used for the document and connection features described here, not for advertising, sale to data brokers, or training general-purpose AI models. Use and transfer of Google API data are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing and service providers

Records are available to users with relevant workspace permissions. Hosting and communication providers process information needed to operate the service, and Google processes documents stored in Drive under its own terms and privacy policy. File visibility also depends on Google Drive sharing settings: a file shared by link may be accessible to anyone with that link. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service.

5. Cookies and security

The application uses session cookies to keep users signed in and maintain login state. Access controls and authentication help restrict access to records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep passwords private and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

6. Retention and deletion

Account, project, and document information is retained while needed to provide the workspace and for applicable organisational, legal, and security purposes. Retention can depend on your organisation's requirements. Removing a record from the application does not necessarily remove an associated file from Google Drive, and deleting a Drive file does not necessarily remove its application record. Ask your workspace administrator or contact support to request deletion of records and stored Google connection data; any necessary retention exceptions will be explained when handling the request.

7. Your choices and requests

You can request access to or correction or deletion of your information through your workspace administrator or the contact below. We may need to verify your identity and authority over organisational records. You can revoke Google access at Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorised access but does not automatically delete existing project records, stored tokens, or Drive files. Drive-dependent features may stop working until the account is reconnected.

8. International processing and updates

Hosting and Google services may process information outside your country. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to Google data use will require appropriate notice and, where required, renewed consent.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, or Google Drive connection concerns, contact the Anexpro support team at mizanitechnologies@gmail.com. Include your organisation and the nature of your request, but do not send passwords or access tokens.
