Anexpro / NextPro Suite

Terms of Service

Effective date: 9 October 2026

These terms govern use of Anexpro, also presented as NextPro Suite and M-Handisi. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

1. The service

Anexpro provides tools for managing professional work, clients, projects, documents, and related records. Available features and access depend on your organisation's configuration and the permissions assigned to your account. Any separate written service agreement with your organisation takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use only accounts and records you are authorised to access. Notify your administrator or support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and reviewing access when staff roles change.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, upload malicious software, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or access another person's records without permission. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload personal information, client records, and documents.

4. Your content

You and your organisation retain your respective rights in content supplied to the service. You authorise processing, storage, transmission, and display of that content as necessary to operate the features you use. You are responsible for content accuracy, lawful collection and sharing, and keeping any independent copies required for your work.

5. Google Drive and other providers

Connecting Google Drive authorises the application's document workflows to use the connected account's granted permissions. The connection is shared across the application. Use an appropriate organisational account, review folder sharing, and obtain any necessary approval before reconnecting or changing accounts. Google may expire or revoke access, and its own terms apply to its services. Third-party outages or permission changes may interrupt features.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how account, project, security, and Google Drive information is handled. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users and clients when using the workspace.

7. Availability and professional decisions

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, and third-party issues may affect availability. Review reports, calculations, documents, and project information before relying on them. The workspace does not replace professional engineering, legal, financial, or other specialist judgment.

8. Suspension and ending access

Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or the end of your organisation's service arrangement. Contact your administrator or support about account closure and available data retrieval before access ends. Ending access or revoking Google permissions does not automatically delete records or documents; deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without additional guarantees beyond an applicable written service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any agreed payment terms, service commitments, and dispute arrangements remain governed by your organisation's separate agreement where one exists.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service evolves, with the current effective date shown above. For questions or service concerns, contact mizanitechnologies@gmail.com.
